Right and morality in the psychological theory of right of L.I. Petrazhitsky

The paper analyses correlation between right and morality in the psychological theory of right of L.I. Petrazhitsky. The author has considered the methodological problems of concepts "right" and "morality" and has revealed the concepts from the point of view of "emotional psychology" of Petrazhitsky. The conclusion has been made that right and morality – phenomena of individual psychology which are social by origin.
